Throughout my professional career, I have helped
organizations manage the financial and information
side of their portfolios. During the last 17 years,
I have focused primarily on commercial real estate
portfolios but have also worked with organizations
that hold other types of investments. My goal is
to simplify many of the challenges faced by these
groups by modeling complex financial situations
and streamlining information databases.
As
a founding member of the WERC Consulting Group,
I bring my expertise in financial analysis,
real estate portfolio management, strategic planning
and information management to our nonprofit
clients. My goal is to minimize the time and energy
a client must spend on the financial and information
management end of the business so they can focus
on making an impact on the community they serve.
Apart
from my professional career, I am currently a
Board Member at the Milldam Nursery School. I
hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from
the University of Massachusetts and a Master of
Science in Finance from Boston College.
