Our Mission

Virginia Fleisher, Principal

Over the past 17 years, I have developed an expertise in the area of commercial real estate, specializing in the areas of equity and debt portfolio management, strategic planning and investment team management. I enjoy working with my clients to understand their real estate holdings and needs, and to help them find solutions to enhance investment and operational results.

Prior to 2000, I held various positions in the Real Estate Investment Departments of both New England Life and MetLife. Working for these first-class organizations, my responsibilities included overseeing an investment team managing real assets valued in excess of $1.6 billion.

I founded Fleisher & Associates, a real estate consulting firm, in late 2000 and have worked with a variety of institutional owners of commercial real estate, assisting them with strategic plans, detailed asset management services, reviewing portfolio financials and visiting properties. In 2002, I also became a founding member of the WERC Consulting Group. My focus is to help our clients develop successful strategic plans, as well as provide them real estate review and management services so that they gain enhanced levels of productivity and effectiveness.

My work beyond the real estate field includes community service with a variety of community and educational organizations. In addition to supporting my children's schools, I am also active with fundraising for the Jimmy Fund and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and am an active member of the New England Women in Real Estate (NEWIRE). Prior activities included serving as an Executive Board Member of the Junior League of Boston and as a Board Member of Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. I hold a BA from Yale University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
